It was a great experience. I am from Boston and whenever I visit New York, it is my go-to place. The name of the results itself is so overpowering. I love the staff, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The bar sitting was really fun.

I love this place. It is absolutely perfect. The food is the best Indian I have had (I’ve been eating at different Indian restaurants for a decade), the staff is incredibly kind and thoughtful, and the restaurant is impeccably clean and beautiful.

Hands down the best Indian food restaurant I’ve been to on Long Island. We love the Chicken Chatpata, Chicken Nilgiri, Lamb Vindaloo, and Lamb Chops. The service is great, and the restaurant is beautiful. The prices were great too. Amazing food for a good value.

The food & service are always exceptional, whether we take out or dine in. We love Taj and have been going since they opened. The staff is so sweet & always makes us feel welcome. Drinks are phenomenal. 5 stars all around be back soon.

The restaurant is so big, beautiful and clean. The food is superb and their service is amazing. I’d definitely recommend this to my fellas if you want to take a special someone on a great first date and blow their mind. it’s an experience you’ll never forget P.S. On Friday nights and Saturdays, they have a live jazz band playing music. They also have a private room for parties.

Vegetarian options: A lot of veg options we can choose from. The best!! Dietary restrictions: We can ask the chef if we have any dietary restrictions and they will cook the food according. Parking: A lot of parking right in front and back of the restaurant Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs for children and the staff really engage with the children which they like.

IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT GOING GO!!!!! This was my mom’s and my first time having Indian food. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, not only were the waiters and bartenders amazing, but they made sure to explain everything to us so we knew the spice level, etc. The waiter Sai was so attentive to our needs and was so joyful and he made sure to keep the whole experience filled with good energy and jokes. I couldn't rave more about this place from the owners and managers to the amazing food that me and my mom ate the plate clean

I like to come on weekends for the lamb they serve on weekend buffets, the lamb is very nice, especially if they are fatter cuts (most unique flavors are in animal fat and fat helps lock water in - changing the way the protein cooks, making it more juicy and giving it a more bouncy texture). They made a special fried bread for me, it's puffy and crispy on the outside, exactly like a Chinese fried carbohydrate (I don't know by name), which we eat on breakfasts. They are very tasty, I like them better than naans.

On the opening day, we eagerly went, and needless to say, we've been regulars ever since. Delicious food (especially the Chilly Potato, Karahi Chicken, and Biryani dishes!), is packed full of flavor, and they are not afraid to make the food spicy for you if you ask. The service is impeccable, and the waitstaff is very friendly.
